Is there a special event from your childhood related to sports?
At an early age I already started playing soccer and I’ve had lots of fun exercising up to now. Nowadays I enjoy Parkour and calisthenics.
What was the reason to do some sports?
I’ve been doing sports all my life and I even if I tried – there’s no life without sports any more.
What’s your favorite sports and why?
My favorite sports is Parkour, although it is rather a kind of lifestyle or philosophy which has a strong influence on me.
Where do you get your motivation from?
My biggest motivation is to break my own records and to improve my efficiency.
What kind of fitness exercises do you like most?
I like any kind of chin-ups (Brit: pull-ups) the most which are part of the functional training.
How does your current training schedule look like?
Momentarily I practice calisthenics three times a week and Parkour about two times a week, but currently I especially do the body-weight exercises.
How do you feed on?
I eat very well-balanced and I prefer vegetarian food.

What are your professional and sporting goals in the future?
My goals concerning sports increase step by step. Professionally I want to concentrate on becoming a competent and qualified personal trainer.
