Is there a special event from your childhood related to sports?
There are plenty of memories. One special memorie would definitely be when I was on vacation with my family and we played soccer all day. It was so much fun 🙂
What was the reason to do some sports?
When I was 3 years old I started out with judo. I enjoyed sports since I was a little kid and I am glad my parents supported me always. I was able to try many different sports.
What´s your favorite sports an why?
My favorite sport is soccer because I am having a lot of fun and I think it’s great to achieve something as a team and it helps you to stay fit.
Where do you get your motivations from?
I really enjoy being active. It always gives me good vibes. I am proud of myself whenever I reach my goals. I can‘t imagine living without sports.
What kind of fitness exercises do you like most?
I love to have a good mixture of exercises. I love to combine running and functional training. It blow my mind free of things and I can sleep very well after such a session. 🙂
How does your current training schedule look like?
I play soccer 3 times a week and I run 2 times a week. I also go frequently to the gym and do weight training. I have one day to rest, which is very important to give myself a break for recovery.
How do you feed on?
I think balance is the key. It is important to look after yourself and eat healthy, but it is also important to still have a little treat sometimes. I look after eating enough protein throughout the day. I eat carbs for breakfast and lunch, but not at all for dinner.

What are your professional and sporting goals in the future?
My goals include getting a good degree and learning a lot of new things. Fitness is really important for me and you never keep learning off ;)!
