Here are TEN questions concerning sports – read the interview with Dustin Blum – here you go:

Is there a special event from your childhood related to sports?

As i startet at the age of 15 to change my nutrition and do more sports, the first 7kg i lost were very special to me.

What was the reason to do some sports?

Back in the days my brother played basketball in a club. I watched him at his game and was addicted  immediately. 

What’s your favorite sports and why?

The dynamic, the pace and the sensitivity all at once make basketball to my favor sports. I could´t thought to anything else.

Where do you get your motivation from?

My motivation is that to get always better as i was yesterday. Also i´m a unbelievable warrior by nature, how i´m goad on by every loss.

Dustin what kind of fitness exercises do you like most?

Personally i like all exercises with my own body and my own whole body weight. Alike if pull ups, push-ups, dips or squats.

How does your current training schedule look like?

My training schedule at the time is composed of 3-4 times basketball training each week. Also i train 3-4 sessions at a gym each week.  

How do you feed on?

I try to eat well balanced. Generally i eat a lot of carbohydrates, a lot of protein and i take care to eat a lot of polyunsaturated fatty acids. 

Three effective tips from you to our readers:

⁃ put yourself high, but reasonable goals!
⁃ never give up until you reached these one!
⁃ that what you do should be liking by yourself and you should evolve a real passion for it!

What are your professional and sporting goals in the future?

Whatever jobweise or athletic, i always try to come to be. But the most important thing is to help others to evolve themselves. No matter if clients or with my fellow players at the basketball court.

What’s your personal motto?

Don´t try to be better as others, just try to be better as you was yesterday!
