TEN questions concerning sports and fitness – interview with Dima Ten, apprentice, dual study in health management at Prime Sports Düsseldorf.
Is there a special event from your childhood related to sports?
As early as i was a child i love sports and i especially was keened by material art! So i found very fast to taekwondo and felt strictly in love 😉
What was the reason to do some sports?
Typically the sport lessions where my favor school subject and all the material art movies and my nativity gave me the rest, in a positive meaning!
What’s your favorite sports and why?
I try everything with pleasure! However the classic taekwondo is and remains my passion, a perfect training of body, mind and soul!
Where do you get your motivation from?
Life is motion!
What kind of fitness exercises do you like most?
There are so many, yet plain told: these exercises i „still” don´t control!
How does your current training schedule look like?
Mostly taekwondo, which just use the deadweight and a lot of gymnastic and strength – stamina are included. Thereto i practise strength training for stabilization and invigoration of my body, but all that just in addition.
How do you feed on?
I try to hear of my body, which is not as easy. Thereby i brace to balance.

What are your professional and sporting goals in the future?
Not easy to say, you never know what the future take. My wish is, every knowledge, which i learn, to share with every human, to illuminate and open doors who are´nt seen and to learn coincidently of them.
